This is the picture i donated my precious blood in the PLKN.......
I am just 17 year old when i donated blood and it also the first time so i flet very scare at that time i felt little bit pain when the nurse injected the needle into my hand.....
I felt like just wanted to cry out at that time but i control it when focus my mind to the food which i will get it after this hahahah.....
I felt happy after i donated the blood because i think my blood i very useful and important to the people who need it......
So i hope every one who never donated his or her blood before please do it.....

Hi, you all must be wondering why i have a lot of time to create this blog.........right........
Actually i create this blog is because of my IT skills assignment was related with Application ICT in Manufacturing Education. And i also hope all the information and knowledge in my blog can share with others. Before we start talking about the application ICT in Manufacturing Education. Let me defined what meaning is ICT and Manufacturing to your all.

ICT can defined as "the study, design, development, implementation, support or management of computer-based information system, particularly software applications and computer hardware." ICT deals with the use of electronic computers and computer software to convert, store, protect, process, transmit, and securely retrieve information and Manufacturing is defined as the use of tools and labor to make things for use or sale. The term may refer to a vast range of human activity, from handicraft to high tech, but is most commonly applied to industrial production, in which raw materials are transformed into finished goods on a large scale.

Now a days in Malaysia about 37% of country economy still depends of manufacturing to produce good quality and large quantity of product. Because all companies want to expend their business into international market and not just limit their business in local market only to increase their profit. In this situation show us that the manufacturing students have good jobs prospective in the future. The combination of ICT in manufacturing process in know as "The application of ICT in Manufacturing Process" and it also can applied this two combination into the education field and it is very important to exposed students with the latest technology especially in engineering field. So that in the future they will able to applied what they learn in their jobs.

The first Application ICT in Manufacturing Education is CAD/CAM which is very famous in industries now a days. This subject will make students able to describe the role of CAD/CAM systems contemporary product realization processes. Beside that they also will be exposed to CAD software to design their desire part and CAM software to convert CAD data into paths for Computer Numerical Control machine tools.

Then is automation and robotic. Since ICT was widely used in automation and robotic
this syllabus also include in the manufacturing engineering course. The course outcomes of this syllabus is to make students understand the basic concept of pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems PLC systems and its application. It also let student understand about the basic concept of robotic manipulator, sensor systems, robot drive, robot cantroller, robot programming which can applied in manufacturing industries.

Finally is using milling and lathe machine inside the teaching plan or we can call as machining workshop practice. Using this kind of machine students will able to handle the conventional machining technology from raw material to finished products. This practical work will help students to gain effective understanding.

In a nuts shell, i will like to said that the application of ICT in engineering education especially in manufacturing course was great because this will explode with the high-tech technology which very useful in future.
